The First term of Stonewall at OLLI UMass-Boston ended on a strong note
To your left you see the hard work of Laura Godfredsen's course "Acting for the Fun of It" The cast delivered a great performance of “Scenes and Monologues for Mature Actors” directed by Laura featuring: The Never Over the Hill Player performing at the Snowden Theater to an appreciative audience of Stonewallers, Olli members, students and facility of UMB, and friends and family. For most of the actors this was their first venture to the world of the stage. Bravo! Still thinking about joining Stonewall at OLLI-UMass Boston, but ready to become a full member? As a way to introduce friends to the OLLI program, OLLI members may bring guests ($5/each) to any brown bag. However, for space reasons and as a general courtesy, they must call the OLLI main number 617-287-7312 or email at ollireg@gmail.com and reserve a space, at least a week in advance of the brown bag presentation. When they attend, they are expected to pay the $5 fee in cash. When space is limited, paid members will have priority so guests may not be able to attend.
To attend any Brown Bags:
Please call or email the OLLI office to let them know you'll be attending - 617 287 7312 or ollireg@gmail.com. $5.00 fee for non-OLLI members Look for more Stonewall Sponsored Brown Bags in the coming weeks. |
